The Bosporus cruise and time exploring the neighborhoods of Istanbul were also highlights.

Cappadocia was another incredible part of the trip. Ali Can was very professional, punctual, friendly, and extremely accommodating. He made it easy for us to experience everything from the spectacular valleys and fairy chimneys to the underground city, Göreme Open Air Museum, historic villages, and local cuisine. The hot air balloon experience was truly unforgettable.

We were particularly impressed with the quality of the drivers. Arda and his team were consistently on time, courteous, safe, and helpful, whether transporting us between airports and hotels or taking us throughout the day’s activities. Having reliable private transportation made the entire trip much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Overall, this was a beautifully organized trip with an outstanding team behind it. The combination of excellent planning, responsive communication, knowledgeable guides, professional drivers, and thoughtful attention to detail made our visit to Turkey truly special. After an unforgettable day exploring Ephesus, Alijan led us on a spectacular driving tour through some of Turkey’s most stunning regions. From Sirince and Pamukkale to coastal towns, ancient Roman sites, volcanic landscapes, and a beautiful valley hike, every stop was memorable. The journey culminated in Cappadocia, truly the “diamond in the tiara” of the trip. Alijan was engaging, knowledgeable, and personable, making each experience both fun and meaningful. He also ensured we had time to relax, enjoy Turkish tea, and savor excellent meals along the way.

Erkan checked in with us regularly throughout the trip to make sure everything—from hotels to daily plans—was perfect. We even had the pleasure of meeting him in Cappadocia. The hotels were thoughtfully selected and consistently excellent, and we never felt rushed or overwhelmed, allowing us to fully appreciate each destination.

Both Burcin and Alijan added thoughtful personal touches, always accommodating our interests, whether it was visiting an extra site or trying a local restaurant. One particularly meaningful moment came at the end of our journey: after I mentioned how much I liked Alijan’s shirt and wanted to find one for my son, I was unable to locate it anywhere. To my surprise, before we left Turkey, Alijan and Erkan had specially ordered one and presented it to me as a gift.

They both are travellers themselves and were guides for years before starting their company so they understand what travellers need.

They chose the perfect itinerary for us – not too fast paced but seeing everything we wanted to see. It was easy over e-mails to arrange the details with them when deciding what to see. They had timely and knowledgeable responses to questions. In addition to Istanbul there were 3 other areas we wanted to see – Mt. Nemrut, Ephesus/Gocek and Cappadocia. So there were some two flight days but they were easy – no early pickups, easy transfers, short flights.

At the end of each day they would What’s Ap us the details for the next day: pick-up time, name and phone number of driver, name and phone number of guide, plane boarding passes, expected timelines.

They picked amazing hotels very suited to our needs including historic luxury, country garden estate and ocean view modern.

The 3 different guides they arranged (3 days in Istanbul, 2 days around Effesus, and 3 days in Cappadocia) all had over 15 years of experience. Unending knowledge of their country both historically and present day. Took us to authentic yummy lunch places. And they knew how to get past most lines. They were all historians that love their country.

One of the highlights for me was cooking with a local family. The turks are a warm and friendly nation and I felt that we didn’t just see great things, we felt the pulse of this country.

I had been wanting to see Turkey since my 20’s and now as I turn 60, I had an adventure of a lifetime. I highly recommend and thank Turkey Tour Organizers.

> To say that my wife and I were completely satisfied with our 3-week trip to Turkey as organized by Turkey Tour Organizer, specifically Erkan Dulger, would be an understatement. Erkan is the definition of ‘attention to detail’ as applied to every aspect of the trip which was a hybrid directed and self-driving tour.

Starting with the planning stage of one month, we were asked several pertinent questions (by email and WhatsApp) regarding what we had hoped to see and do on this trip. An initial itinerary was presented very quickly which was followed by several discussions and changes to achieve the final itinerary. Rather than feel like all our requested changes were an imposition, it was apparent that Erkan welcomed as much input as possible to ensure we would get the ideal trip. The final itinerary included some drivers, guides, domestic flights and the final 2 weeks driving ourselves. The pdf itinerary included the names and contact details for all persons, hotels, flights and car rental. It included recommended routes for driving with hyper links to google maps for all routes and destinations. Suggested sites along the routes were also included with h-links.

Exceptional points:
• Being greeted as soon as we exited the baggage pick-up on arrival in Istanbul by the smiling Arda Irkekli who also drove us on 3 more occasions by the end of our trip. He is very knowledgeable of the city and is eager to identify and provide background information along the routes. He altered routes to our destinations to ensure we saw more of the city.
• Our guide on the first day in Istanbul, Burcin Kahraman, was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the history of the city and sites. He was captivating in his explanations clearly enjoying sharing his expert knowledge with us. He also made it a point to identify other sites of interest we could consider as well as places to eat and shop for authentic Turkish experiences for our remaining days in Istanbul.
• To ensure our quick trip to Trabzon was most rewarding, Emre Ayyildiz joined the driver to greet us at the airport and act as guide. A proud resident of Trabzon, he showed us some of the highlights and even helped Mary haggle for some scarves at the market. He was a delightful guide.
• We were fortunate to have Erkan greet us at the airport in Ankara and be with us for the subsequent three days in Cappadocia. Besides a wealth of background knowledge, he knew when to visit what sites to avoid the larger tour groups and get the maximum value from each visit. His friendly approach made for a stress-free visit throughout our stay. Even after we left on our self-driven tour for the remaining 2 weeks, he was in frequent contact to ensure all was going well.
• Our visit to Ephesus was with Tugrul Sokmen, historian, philosopher and all-round nice guy. His knowledge and perspectives were totally captivating and superior to other guided tours I happen to overhear. He pointed out details that were fascinating and likely overlooked by others. He paid close consideration to our expressed attention suggesting appropriate times to take a break.

To conclude, the hotels arranged by Erkan were all exceptional. He ensured they were all in the old sections of town so we could walk to most sites. Sea view rooms were booked where available. His favourite drive along the Mediterranean was ours as well. He even recommended we arrive at our hotel after our longest day of travel in time to see a beautiful sunset. He also arranged for us to drop off our rental at the outskirts of Istanbul and have Arda pick us up there so we wouldn’t have to drive in this hectic city. Erken will do whatever is necessary to ensure clients have an amazing experience.

Unfortunately, recent world events and travel advisories gave us some last minute jitters. After speaking with him about our concerns, we went for it and they did not disappoint! Our chosen itinerary included 3 nights in Istanbul visiting the main tourists attractions. We even took a private motor yacht ride tour down the Bosporus strait. We then traveled to Ephesus, spending 2 nights in the coastal town of Kusadasi. We had one night in Pamukkale visiting Hierapolis and then spent 3 nights in Fethiye hiking the Lycian Way. We left Fethiye for one night in Antalya so we could explore the ancient city of Termessos. Then we spent 3 fabulous nights in Cappadocia in a luxurious cave hotel, where we strolled around fairy chimneys, explored an underground city, and took a sunrise hike to watch the balloons take off over the Red and Rose Valleys.

The experience with Turkey Tour Organizer was seamless. Every day either the local guide or Kadir made sure our expectations were met including the day’s itinerary, hotel, food, and transportation. Kadir was extremely responsive and adaptable during the planning stages, and the itinerary struck the perfect balance between sightseeing, travel time, and free time. It was a thoughtful, well-paced tour with an excellent mix of cultural and historical highlights, along with a few memorable local experiences.

We spent 12 of our 15 days with our guide, Ozcan, and he truly made the trip exceptional. His knowledge of Turkey’s history and culture is extensive, and he has a remarkable ability to present complex historical material in a clear, engaging, and accessible way. Each evening, he sent us concise historical summaries via our WhatsApp channel outlining the sites we would visit the following day, which greatly enhanced our understanding and appreciation of what we were seeing. He was also very personable and engaging, always open to questions, and our days with him were filled with interesting conversations and thoughtful insights. His English was excellent, and his flexibility and attentiveness were consistently appreciated. In addition, Ozcan selected wonderful local restaurants for lunches along the way, giving us a chance to enjoy authentic regional food we might never have found on our own.

Transportation was first-rate. We traveled in a very comfortable Maybach van, and our driver, Gürkan, was always prompt, courteous, and an excellent driver—particularly on narrow and busy streets. We felt completely safe with him at the wheel.

Our tour included two internal flights, and Kadir handled all the details in advance, including seat selection and boarding passes. With Ozcan guiding us through the airports, these portions of the trip were seamless. For our final transfer from Cappadocia to Istanbul, Kadir stayed in close contact with us to ensure we connected smoothly with our driver, settled into our hotel, and then met our guide, Burçin, for the final three days.

Although our time in Istanbul was brief, it was very well organized. Thanks to Burçin’s expertise and skill in managing entry lines, we were able to see all of the major “must-do” sights with minimal waiting—even when lines stretched for blocks—while still having time to explore several special neighborhoods. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-organized private tour of Turkey.

I am pretty cynical about most Tripadvisor reviews so albeit hypocritical of me, I strongly hope you will appreciate this recommendation is genuine and sincere. It is so easy to check the price offered against the online prices to see their quotations are already reasonable. What needs to be considered is that for the price you could book it all yourself online lazily you will get 24/7 intelligent, thoughtful and very practical support. For us it was seamless service that made our family trip to Turkey exceptional.

Although he was retained as a driver, not as a guide, he was very good about pointing out additional sites we might want to visit. An example of his diligence, one evening, I left my ipad in his car by mistake and he still ran over to give it to me at 10pm eventhough he was not staying in the same hotel as us!

Kadir Akin of TTO, is a gem to the company. Throughout our entire trip, he was always available to assist with our ad hoc requests to get us electronic museum passes, tickets to shows, and arranging additional private tour (including getting us airline tickets for international travel connections) as my husband and I decided to extend our stay and went with TTO for a 2 days visit to Cappadocia.

On our last day in Turkey, Kadir even came out to the airport to meet us and assisted in our checking in when the airline staff was giving us a hard time to have our luggage check all the way through to Paris. Kadir stayed with us all the way through the check in process, and straighten everything for us. He is very detail oriented and is always quick to respond. Both gentlemen have a good command of English.

> Our family had a great experience with this relatively new tour operator. We booked a 10 day tour for 8 people of major tourist areas throughout Turkey - Istanbul, Ephesus, Pamukale, Antalya, Cappadocia, and Sanliurfa. The company made all the arrangements - plane tickets, private van/driver, hotels, and tourist sites, incorporating our interests and feedback. They worked hard to fit everything we wanted in at a reasonable price. They were also accommodating of our older parents and young kids. It would have been very hard for us to plan the trip ourselves, especially since tour operators can more easily obtain tickets for major attractions in Turkey. The meals arranged by the company were great - local places highlighting regional specialities (generally avoiding big tourist trap restaurants).

In particular we had a great experience with Ali Jan- our main contact for organizing the trip - who was very attentive and flexible, constantly checking on us and making sure things went smoothly. When we were unable to get a booking for a balloon ride in Cappadocia, he suggested a good alternative in Pamukale. Our first guide Orhan was also amazing - super knowledgeable, nice, and great with our kids. He allowed us to spend more time at a site when needed, but also kept us on schedule. Our second guide Burchin, who led us in Istanbul, had great historical and archaeological knowledge to share and was willing to adjust our schedule to fit Hagia Sophia in very early so we could fit it in our schedule.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend it to groups of travelers wanting to see many different sites, but don’t want to deal with all the detailed logistical planning.

> Turkiye, an exotic East meets West country sounds so perfect for our year-end holiday. Glad we took this option altogether with of Turkey Tour Organizer (TTO). From the very first time, all communication went well with Kadir Akin, the co-founder of TTO. He patiently accomodated all of our interests and concerns into a 15-days itinerary with mix of nature, history, culture, adventure and culinary.

When writing this note, we grouped our trip into 3 sections:
1. ISTANBUL
In Istanbul we were accompanied by Burcin, a historian with extensive knowledge of stories behind those famous icons. We did two days of walking tour with Burcin: one-day visiting icons in Sultanahmet district (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar etc) and the next day we went to Fener-Balat-Eyup to see Greek-Roman settlement. The remaining two days were our own leisure days Beyouglu and Kadikoy respectively.

2. CAPPADOCIA
From Istanbul, we flew to Cappadocia and greeted by Ali Chan at the airport. A friendly Kayserian story teller who took us to all highlights of Cappadocia: Sinassos, Kaymakli, Red Valley, Goreme open air museums and Dark Church, Devrent, Pasabag, Uchisar Castle etc for the next three days. Cappadocia became the most memorable episode as we started our first morning of 2025 beautifully with hot-air balloon flight (after two previous cancellation). And our Cappadocia episode was smoothly closed by a cup of creamy pistachio coffee. Excellent!

3. ROAD TRIP (from Cappadocia to Izmir, before flying back to Istanbul)
We strongly suggest all readers to take at least one episode of road trip to embrace Turkiye’s real life. We were surprised that Kadir made himself available to drive and guide our 6-days of road trip from Cappadocia – Konya – Pamukkale – Sirince/Selcuk/Efesus – Bergama – Izmir. Besides enjoying ancient towns, churches and natures as listed on TripAdvisor must visits, we were also welcomed by Kadir's family and had fun at their olive plantation: riding tractor, harvesting olive, and visiting olive oil processing facility. At the end of the day, Kadir's mother cooked delicious barbeque for our dinner. Such an unforgetable Turkish family moment.

Our trip may end, but memories last forever. Thank you TTO and Kadir and the whole team!

Our 16-day trip included 5 nights in Istanbul, 4 in Cappadocia, and briefer visits to Konya, Pamukkale, Bergama, and Ephesus. We contacted Turkey Tour Organizer (in a blind internet search) with only a general statement of the amount of time we had available and the towns we were most interested in visiting. Kadir responded almost immediately, asking a few questions and making several good suggestions. A few days later we had a detailed itinerary and very reasonable quote. We hesitated, having always traveled on our own, but decided to proceed. One of the best travel decisions we’ve ever made!

Burcin was our guide in Istanbul and Kadir was our guide for the rest of Turkey. Both are excellent guides and interesting and enjoyable conversationalists. The itinerary included the usual favorite spots for a first-time visit to Turkey, but Burcin and Kadir also provided experiences that we wouldn’t have gotten on our own or on a standard tour. For example, at restaurants they helped us pick out Turkish dishes that we hadn’t tried previously. They suggested good changes to the itinerary as they learned more about our interests. Burcin, knowing that I do some photography, arranged for a photographer friend to walk me around a picturesque neighborhood that wasn’t part of the itinerary. Kadir arranged on two afternoons for us to have meals with Turkish families: we went to the local market to buy food, “helped” prepare the meal, and shared it with the family. When my watch battery died, Kadir found a tiny clock repair shop in Bergama, an adventure in itself. They seemed to enjoy our endless stream of questions about Turkey's economy, politics, and culture.

Ali made us feel welcome and like family from the minute we were picked up in our luxurious Mercedes Sprinter. He took us to see the sites and maximized our time and was respectful of the pace. We were jet lagged and he was so mindful of that. Ali never held us to a clock and that’s what I think made this experience unique. In addition, he was knowledgeable, engaging, intelligent and above all - funny! We had an amazing time with him. The only thing we had to stick to a time for was the sunrise Balloon ride. Everyone is tied to the same schedule. It was magical to say the least. He took us to the best restaurants that were run by families and they made us feel so welcome. The food experiences left our palates wanting more! If you want a boutique experience with no detail overlooked - search no further. We are already planning our next trip and will do it through Erkan and his team. You will not be disappointed. > I needed to arrange 9 days of travel in Turkey. This included 2 airport transfers, 1 day with limo journey of 11 hours travel time, and 3 days of guided tours. I selected Turkey Tour Organizer because of my confidence with partner Erkan who had perfect English language skills, was very prompt with whatsapp communications (in writing and by call). Prices varied significantly, yet Turkey Tour was actually the lowest, but Erkan was the actual reason his company was chosen. He picked us up late one day at the airport, and provided our first private tour for 2 days later. It was amazing. In spite of the fact I have been to Turkey several times, this trip was for a month. Erkan amazed us with his choice of sightseeing because he carefully listened to what we wanted to do as well as what we did not want to do. My favorite spot in Turkey is now Avanos, a place which we were told most tour leaders avoid. It was amazing and not to be missed. The next day he handed us off to a driver for our 11 hour trip to our next city. It was what I call a limousine and very comfortable, and we had a very accommodating driver. Next day we started touring with a different tour director who partners with Turkey Tour Organizer in the Antalya district. Once again, the owner listened to what we wanted to do and what we did not want to do and he perfectly chose the itinerar y. Our last night with him, before he would drive us to Antalya itself, he was our guest for dinner in Kas. He lived there years before and knew the city inside out and chose a restaurant we never would have found in an area itself which was a tourist location we would never have known about. In addition, we embarked upon a cooking class with a local family that he had arranged for us. He is such a natural in the kitchen and is ever so helpful. The local family were simply delightful and we went back the next day to snap a photo with the family as we had forgotten the day before.

Hot Air Balloon:
Erkan and Kadir were able to secure hot air balloon tickets for us with a company renown for its safety records and excellent pilots despite a very high demand since balloon rides had been cancelled for 3 out of the 4 days we were there by the Civil Aviation Authority due to wind conditions. To say we were impressed by the rigger for accuracy by the hot air balloon crew would be an understatement. (Tip: Book the 2nd sortie of the morning as Erkan & Kadir did for us. You get to witness sun rise.)

Our itinerary included Gobeklitepe, Karahantepe, Mt. Nimrut, the historic town of Mardin, the ruins of Dara and the town of Sanliurfa. The hotels were great and thanks to Turkey Tour Organizer we were upgraded to a lovely, large room in Mardin.

We would highly recommend travel to this beautiful area of Turkey and the services of Turkey Tour Organizer.

Our interest in the wealth of ancient history that this area of Turkey had to offer was sparked by a travelogue on UK tv by an archaeologist called, Bettany Hughes.
Mainstream travel companies had little to offer but an internet search identified a small Turkish travel company - Turkey Tour Organise (TTO) - who were offering basically the sort of itinerary we wanted.
After some initial long distance exchanges with Kadir Akin, the co-owner of TTO, he had put together a most comprehensive and action-packed itinerary that was just what we wanted. This was a 9 day/8 night tour in which Kadir would be both our guide and driver and which included most of the highlights of the region - Zeugma Roman mosaics, Gobek Litepe, Nemrut Dagi - plus stays in major cities such as Sanliurfa, Mardin and Diyarbakir. The hotels used were not your bog-standard Western European- type holiday hotels but had been specifically picked to give a flavour of Turkey. Before the trip, I developed an ankle problem which meant I couldn't walk too far so, while my wife followed the original programme in full, Kadir tailored it to fit my physical limitations - so, it all worked out well. Kadir spoke excellent English and, as well as being an extremely knowledgeable and informative guide, was also a most agreeable person with whom it was a pleasure to spend 9 days.
In summary, we thought the tour was excellent, it met all our objectives,and, additionally gave us an insight into both ancient and modern Turkey. In the process, we had fun, it was good value for money and, on the basis of our experience, would highly recommend both Kadir and his company. 5 Star rating not really enough!!

I would highlight 2 points of information that might be helpful for any would-be travellers considering this particular tour or using Kadir's company :-
1. You should be aware that our tour involved a lot of driving with about 1200km covered in the 9 day programme.
2. All our dealings were direct with Kadir who, before this holiday, we didn't know. The one third deposit that Kadir required in order to make the necessary booking to book the holiday was paid directly to Kadir's company in Turkey. (With the balance of the total cost cost paid on arrival in Turkey). If, understandably, you have concerns about paying a large amount of money to a man you have not met or a company you have not had dealings with before and, moreover, based in a foreign country, then I can reassure you that we found Kadir and his company to be most reputable and that you should have no qualms about your money being safe with them.

> There is a reason Turkey Tour Organizer receives such high praise from so many people – to put it simply, they are outstanding. Our original travel plans over the holidays had to be scrapped, leaving us with only three weeks to arrange a trip to Turkiye. We have never used travel agencies before, so we were a bit hesitant, but after reading the glowing reviews of TTO, we decided to give it a shot. We are so glad we did.

Within 24 hours of reaching out, Erkan, a co-owner of TTO, sent us a fantastic itinerary. He also encouraged us to carefully think through what kind of tour we wanted and so we brainstormed with him for a few more days. In our case, we wanted to visit Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Ephesus, stay in unique hotels with a more local vibe, focus on local artisans and restaurants, and keep things engaging for our two teenagers (aged 17 and 14).

Erkan was able to come back with an updated itinerary and we finalized everything within a week. It was by far the best travel planning experience we’ve ever had.

And the tour itself was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived until we departed, each day brought something new and exciting. We were especially fortunate to have Erkan as our guide in Cappadocia. He’s easygoing, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the region. He patiently answered our hundreds of questions and made the experience engaging for our teenagers. In Cappadocia, we visited local artisans who specialize in pottery, Ebru (paper and silk painting), and, of course, carpet weaving.

Erkan also organized unforgettable itineraries in Ephesus and Istanbul. Our guides in each city had over 20 years of experience, and the wealth of knowledge they shared was staggering. Despite the amount of information, they made the tours entertaining and fun for our kids.

We spent New Year’s Eve in Istanbul, an experience we’ll never forget – watching the fireworks light up the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque from the roof of our hotel in the old town. We will definitely return to Turkiye – there’s so much more to explore – and we’ll absolutely be using Turkey Tour Organizer for future trips. Thanks again, Erkan!

We departed from Istanbul and over five days made our way to Pergamon, Ephesus, Sirince, Bursa and then back again to Istanbul. Winter is not the best travel time, but Kadir, our guide and driver, made sure that we were comfortable and altered activities if the weather was not cooperating. Flexibility is so key when traveling. The vehicle we traveled in was spacious and comfortable and he was kind enough to allow us to connect to the bluetooth and listen to our choice of music. What impressed us the most of this whole experience was that they took our ideas of what we envisioned this trip to be and made it a reality. We were interested to visit the amazing ruins, small villages, beautiful lakes and countryside and the best part of all, we were able to experience a day and night with a local family. We requested this, but were unsure that they would have the resources to make it happen. Our hosts were so very gracious and they made us feel at home from the second we walked up to the gate. We shopped at a local market to buy food that the family used to prepare us the most amazing dinner. With the interpreting help of Kadir, we enjoyed their company and learned about local culture and customs. In our previous travel experiences we have learned that one cannot fully appreciate a country without meeting and interacting with local people and we were very fortunate to have Kadir’s knowledge and guidance for that. I look forward to one day returning to Turkey and will, without doubt, book another tour with Turkey Tour Organizer.

this review focuses on why we would use Kadir again and again.... and again!

firstly, a guide is more than someone whom you've paid to interpret your surroundings and organise your travels.... a guide is a travelling companion who brings your trip to life - that was what Kadir was, beginning with the lengthy email correspondence prior to stepping foot in Turkiye. he worked with us and planned everything out efficiently and meaningfully. he understood our needs... yes, in case you're wondering, this was highly customised tour. note: wasn't cheap, but not everyone is looking for cheap. so kudos Kari. a great sense of humour, enormous patience and someone who loves travelling and living life as much as we do. thank you for being yourself.

secondly, reaching out to a local family was a special part of our tour. we spent one night in the home of an olive grove farmer. we had a wonderful meal in their home, the ingredients we brought with us, after a delightful potter through a local village market (and butcher!). tours often include such offerings in packages these days, but this was special.... special because the couple who hosted us were Nadir's parents! brilliant.

thirdly, the vehicle this company uses is a large, full-spec'ed van. the space and comfort was much appreciated, and we had all our luggage with us throughout. Kadir drove himself, and we could make stops wherever we wished... and even to observe the occasional bird we spotted. a downside to this enormous vehicle was its height, making it a little tough on aging knees to mount and also, unfortunately, dismounting too!

lastly, the food throughout our trip was exceptional, and nadir joined us for most meals... this is a big advantage for us for two reasons - he knew what to order and he had a sufficiently big appetite to finish the large spreads we indulged ourselves in,,, every meal!

so those of you reading this, use Kadir Turkey Tour Organiser if you are looking for highly customised itineraries and enjoy your trips with comfort and properly tailored to your every and any need.

We have taken a lot of private tours throughout the world, typically arranged by an agency I find on the internet. Of the few I contacted for this trip, Kadir was the most prompt and enthusiastic to respond with a suggested itinerary. Communication by email and WhatApp with him throughout the planning stage and the actual tour was indeed seamless and reliable.

We had a great guide, Orhan, who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant, spoke excellent English, but most of all he was totally dedicated to meeting our needs. He is one of the best guides we have ever had in all our travels over the years. Our driver, Mourad, was also excellent and spoke decent English, safely driving us in a large comfortable van.

They diligently took into account all our interests and requests before helping craft entirely customised and informed itineraries. We made changes to the itinerary several times and they adapted to make anything under the sun work without the slightest drop in their exceptional customer service standard.

Throughout our trip, we felt like we were traveling with friends and never once felt like clients. Within the short 10 days, they were able to provide us an array of cultural immersion including, the popular wonders of Istanbul such as the Hagia Sophia mosque & Topkaki palace, the traditional merchants of Grand Bazaar and Spice Market, an authentic football game from the local league, war remains and memorials of Gallipoli, olive oil harvesting and processing with locals of a gorgeous village, UNESCO approved ancient handcrafted pottery-making sites, the wonderful valleys and caves of Cappadocia, among many others! Every single experience was genuine! The local family that hosted us treated us as their own children. The mother cracked jokes about her husband as he carefully grilled our fresh fish and chicken by hand over charcoal, over-fed us with some of the best food we have ever had in our entire lifetime (not kidding), made sure we were warm and comfortable while we tried not to ruin their olive tree when helping harvest it, gave us a load of fresh and organic products to take home and even read our horoscope using our coffee cup. I wanted to bring her back to Singapore and keep her with me! That’s how genuine and incredible the experience was. These are the things we could have only experienced because of Kadir and Erkan. We would not have been able to book the tickets to their wildly crowded football game with intensely passionate fans without them (yes, they use the fastest fingers system and it gets sold within minutes)! The game turned out to be electric. We would not have been able to identify the best spots to eat if not for them. Most of the food blew our mind. We would not have been able to source out the most affordable yet perfect boutique hotels at every city we visited without them! We would not have been able to appreciate the rich history and local sentiments beyond information on search engines of the many sites we visited without them!

From start to end, they helped make the trip a truly unforgettable experience. Knowing we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary, they even gifted us a personalised memorabilia that was beautiful!

What’s most surprising is that despite being extraordinary, their prices are truly ordinary. Everything was very much reasonably priced with absolutely no hidden fees or charges. It is hard to believe, but they really do offer exceptional quality as well as pricing! No second thoughts needed! Just trust them! You will not regret!

At 10:00 am, the staff named Erkan Dulger picked me up from hotel to take me to visit Cappadocia area first. He has the experience of studying in the United States so that we do not have difficulty in communication. He is also good at telling the history of Turkey. We bought some vegetables, meat and yogurt first like the local people and then went to his office. The teacher of the course is his wife. She really values a lot about the variety of the taste and that is the reason why she can cook such delicious food. Finally we ate the meal together and talked a little bit about the culture in different coutries. > When I arrived in Goreme, my hotel informed me that they'd messed up my balloon reservation and didn't book me for the following morning. So at 8pm, I frantically emailed Erkan from Turkey Tour Organizer on the off chance he could squeeze me in for a photo tour the next morning. I got a call a couple hours later from Erkan and I was happy to hear he was able to arrange the tour for me even with very little notice. So bright and early the next morning, my photo guide, Nihat, came to pick me up (right on time) and off we went to chase some balloons. Nihat was a great guide and great photographer. He helped me take some awesome pictures and was just an all around nice guy. I even managed to lose my passport on a hill for a couple of hours and he helped me find it. This was by far one of my favourite experiences in Cappadocia and I highly recommend it.

Being a local, he added a few off the beaten track places and also proposed itinerary changes. His program provided a great variety and flexibility and it was well suited to our own timing and needs: views on unique rock formations, a fun pottery demonstration, a short valley walk, scenic sunsets, a visit to a winery, a walk through the open air museum and a smaller underground city, delicious meals (including local mezzes and mantı) and a glimpse of Turkish crafts and Seljuk heritage.</p>

<p>In exemplary English, he explained the geology and history of the sites or some details of the exhibited artwork - just in the right dose and with great enthusiasm, always willing to go deeper in any question or subject. He made sure that we were kept well hydrated in the Turkish summer heat and that was just a small part of his overall friendliness and personal approach; we were regularly greeted by his friends, family and acquaintances. From the first punctual pick up in our hotel in Uçhisar to the farewell in Kayseri, we felt extremely safe and taken care of.</p>

> Having met Kadir in 2015, when I went back to Cappadocia this year, I booked a photography tour and met Kadir's partner called Erkan and his wife Naz. The plan was to take photos of the hot air balloons setting off but unfortunately all rides that day were cancelled because of bad weather. 

So later in the day, we visited the panoramic view points of Love, Red, and Rose Valley. I also explored a small unknown village called Nar that is heavy with local vegetable and fruit production. I told Erkan however that I wanted to see a winery and he took me to Argos that stores more than 13,000 bottles of wine in their cellars underground. 

Lastly, we ended up at the Travellers Cave hotel in Goreme for an impressive landscape view over the town. I took more than 200 pictures on that day and really enjoyed myself. Will definitely use them again because as a solo female traveler, I felt safe at all times.

> <p>Last March Anne and I decided to combine our thirty fifth anniversary and my birthday into the proverbial "Trip of a Lifetime". </p>

<p>We squeezed every Amex reward, bank award, airline point, vacation savings account, and S&H Green Stamp ;0) we could muster out of 35 years of active accumulating, and went for it. How about Madrid, Lisbon, Crete and Turkey. Yeh, that sounds doable. We sent the word out to several tour organizers what our intentions were. </p>

<p>We wanted to go on this trip as travelers and not tourists. Given the choice we would rather sit in a village somewhere drinking tea listening to the local gossip and playing backgammon instead of being confined to a bus with 40 other tourists and a guide with a bull horn and a pennant. 
We got plenty of responses, some really intriguing for other parts of the trip such as self drive tours with a pre programed Garmin with stops and hotels along the way. 
But after the first email back from these guys I could sense their passion for customer service and a love of their country's history and culture.</p>

<p>The other reviewers have given a lot of detail and we also loved the visits to the caves of Cappadocia and the ruins of Ephesus to say nothing of the Blue Mosque and the fabulous backstreets of Istanbul but, a walk down a village road to visit his uncles grove where Erkan and his family gather in the summertime for weekend picnics, a visit with a lady putting up her tomato harvest for the coming winter, and a cooking class in a private home, trumped all the touristic. When all was said and done what we will remember most about this part of our trip was the true friendship we felt with Erkan, Kadir, their families, and all their associates.</p>

<p>We never felt like clients but more like we were being welcomed by friends who wanted to share with you the pride they have in their country.</p>

Erkan took our original plan and made further suggestions for places to go that I would never have considered on our own. <p>We were treated to sites and tours around both Cappadocia and Ephesus that fit well with our specific timeline. Although it was all great- most memorable will be the celebration of a friends birthday at a sunset wine tasting over the Cappadocia landscape and a cooking class and lunch at our guides home. There was so much more but suffice it to say we consider our trip to beautiful Turkey, a highlight in our travels and hope to return again. Many thanks to both Erkan and Kadir.</p>

> My husband and I wished to see the real Turkey. Erkan & Kidar made that happen for us. Amazing young men with lot of experience. Erkan works behind the sences and Kidar was our personal guide. He was very knowledgeable about all of Turkeys history, respectful of all religions, and showed us places normal tourist would never go. Nothing was too much, he always made sure we were happy and showed us great local food, we stayed in amazing boutique hotels, with lovely owners. We emailed them back and forward, nothing was too much. If you wish to visit Turkey you must contact these two. We had a most amazing adventure. Have no hesitations in recommending them to any one. And we never ever waited in line since he was a whiz at arranging our schedule. Our driver was excellent as well.</p>

<p>Lunch, which is included in the private tour price, was fantastic at both restaurants. Onur helped us order and had great suggestions for food. He even helped me buy some cough syrup at a local pharmacy. (which worked great and was very cheap, BTW). All admissions are included as well.</p>

> Our stay in Capadoccia was an exotic eye-opener.. Not only did we stay in a "cave" hotel beautifully decorated with Oriental rugs and all the necessary amenities, but the landscape we saw was breathtaking.in its scope and freshness. In fact, our guide showed us several landscapes each one more intriguing than the next with its distinctive shapes and rugged formations -- it was like being in a different world. While we were probably remiss not to have gone up in a balloon to get a bird's eye view of the totality, we were kept very busy climbing various hills, entering tunnels and  passageways. We were particularly impressed with the underground museum of ancient pottery with its exquisite old ceramics so beautifully displayed. Our Capaddoccia experience facilitated by our guide Kadir was sheer pleasure. We highly recommend it!

> Dear Kadir, Bob and I got back to Louisiana after a long day of flying. We have finally adjusted to the local time and sleep/awake cycle. We enjoyed Bodrum, especially the hotel and its wonderful restaurant. The last day we walked by the amphitheater and then up to the windmills. Here are a few photos from the top. The Underwater Archeology Museum is worth a visit if only to see the shipwreck from 1400 BC. They found jewelry and copper and glass ingots. We wish you luck when you go out on your own. > My trip to Mt Nemrut was one of the most unforgettable travel experiences I have had. Kadir, our friendly guide, accompanied me and a small group of like-minded travellers on a 9-hr long drive down south from Cappadocia. Throughout the 4 days of our tour in South East Turkey, it was no doubt that we were in safe hands and good company. Kadir is an engaging and informative guide, quick to recant the rich history of the semi-arid terrains and always open to ideas and suggestions of the group. He also looked out for our special preferences if we had any. His fun and energetic vibe brought us to the ancient town of Harran and then to an unexpected Kurdish party in which the only other guests who attended are the locals. > <p>2010 was our first visit to Turkey and in June of this year 2013, we made our third visit to that wonderful country. Each visit we stay in Istanbul, some times visiting sites that we had been to before but always trying to see something new. Each visit we have left the capital to go out to various places as there are so many fascinating and interesting places to see.</p> 

<p>This year was incredibly special as we had seen photos of Mt Nemrut and so had decided that we wanted to visit it. Imagine our surprise when at the start of a 3 day visit to the south which started at Urgup we were collected by Kadir and the most wonderful driver Saffet ( who did not speak English unfortunately), to be told that there would just be the 4 of us on the journey. The trip was unforgettable not only for the sites but the knowledge of the places and the areas that Kadir was able to tell us about. Mt Nemrut, Gobekli Tepe, theAtaturk Dam and the Mosaic Museum at Gaziantep. are just 4 of the myriad of experiences that will forever remain in our memories. As for Kadir apart from being an incredible guide, he is an incredible person, a load of fun, has a great knowledge of the English language and the most wonderful personality. </p>
