Masumiyet Müzesi
Ferit Orhan Pamuk, Nobel Ödülü kazanmış bir Türk romancıdır. Kitapları 63 dilde yayımlanmış ve 13 milyondan fazla kopya satmış, dünya çapında en ünlü yazarlardan biridir. Orhan, 1952 yılında İstanbul'da doğmuştur. Üst sınıf bir Çerkes ailesinin üyesiydi. Robert Koleji'nde okuduktan sonra ressam olmak istedi. Sonuç olarak, İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi'nde mimarlık bölümüne başladı. Ancak üniversitede fikrini değiştirdi ve üç yıl sonra mimarlık fakültesinden ayrıldı; yazar olmak istediği için İstanbul Üniversitesi Gazetecilik Enstitüsü'nde eğitimine devam etti. 1974'ten sonra düzenli olarak yazmaya başladı ve ardından ödüller peş peşe geldi. 1990'dan itibaren uluslararası ödüller kazanmaya başladı ve 2006 yılında Nobel Ödülü'nü aldı. Orhan, 20 yıllık yazarlık kariyerinden sonra daha fazla popülerlik kazandı. Beşinci romanı Yeni Hayat, Türk edebiyatında en hızlı çok satan kitap oldu. Ayrıca Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde azınlık haklarını savunma çabalarıyla daha fazla tanındı. Yazarlık kariyerinin yanı sıra Orhan Pamuk, senarist ve fotoğrafçıdır. İlk sergisi 2019 yılında Balkon adıyla gerçekleşti; bu, Türkçe'de balkon anlamına gelir. Orhan Pamuk, kendi balkonundan teleobjektif lensle çektiği İstanbul fotoğraflarını yayımladı. Beş aylık bir süre içinde çekilen 600 fotoğraf, İstanbul'un yaya trafiğine açık İstiklal Caddesi'ndeki Yapı Kredi Kültür ve Sanat binasında sergilendi. 90'lı yıllarda Masumiyet Müzesi projesini hayal etmeye başladı ve ilk adımı 2008 yılında Masumiyet Müzesi kitabını yayımlayarak gerçekleştirdi.
Masumiyet Müzesi Kitabı
Masumiyet Müzesi kitabı, Orhan Pamuk tarafından 2008 yılının Ağustos ayında, Nobel Edebiyat Ödülü'nü aldıktan sonra yayımlandı. Kitap, zengin bir iş adamı ile onun uzak yoksul akrabası arasındaki bir aşk hikayesini anlatıyor. Kemal ve Füsun'un aşk hikayesi, 1975 ile 1984 yılları arasında İstanbul'da geçiyor. Kemal, nişanlısı için alışveriş yaparken Füsun ile karşılaşıyor. 45 gün içinde aralarında derin bir ilişki kuruluyor. Kemal, bu gizli ilişkiyi evliliğiyle birlikte sürdürebileceğini düşünüyor. Ancak nişanından sonra Füsun ortadan kayboluyor ve Kemal ondan ayrılıyor; bir yıl sonra Füsun'un evlendiğini öğreniyor. Füsun, Kemal ile uzak bir akraba olarak görüşmeyi kabul ediyor. Sonraki 8 yıl boyunca Kemal, Füsun'un evini ziyaret ediyor ve ona sevgisini birçok şekilde ifade ediyor. Rahatlamak için Füsun'un evinden eşyaları kendi evine taşıyor. Füsun'un babası vefat ediyor ve Füsun kocasından ayrılıyor; bu, çiftimizi bir araya getiriyor. Avrupa'da seyahat ettikten sonra evleniyorlar, ancak çift sonsuza dek ayrılıyor. Kemal, Füsun'un evini, 8 yıllık ilişkilerine dair hatıra eşyalarının sergilendiği bir müzeye dönüştürmeyi düşünüyor.
Masumiyet Müzesi
Masumiyet Müzesi, Orhan Pamuk’un Masumiyet Müzesi projesinin ikinci aşamasıydı. İstanbul’un Çukurcuma ilçesinde eski bir bina restore edilerek güzel bir müzeye dönüştürüldü ve 2012 yılında açıldı. Müze, 17 Mayıs 2014 tarihinde 2014 Avrupa Yılın Müzesi Ödülü’nün kazananı olarak ilan edildi. Müze, 20. yüzyılın son çeyreğinde bir İstanbullu üst sınıfının hayatını temsil eden eşyaları sergiliyor. Masumiyet Müzesi kitabında bahsedilen binden fazla eşya müzede yer alıyor. Kitaptaki karakterlerin kullandığı, giydiği, duyduğu, gördüğü ve topladığı şeyler bugün müzede küçük kabinlerde sergileniyor. Pamuk, müzede sergilenen eşyaları 90’lı yıllarda toplamaya başladı. Bazı eşyalar Orhan Pamuk ve ailesine aitken, bazıları arkadaşları tarafından verildi, bazıları İstanbul’dan satın alındı ve bazıları dünyanın farklı şehirlerinden alındı. Ancak sergilenen eşyalar bu kaynak bilgisiyle birlikte sunulmuyor. Masumiyet Müzesi, Pazartesi günleri hariç her gün sabah 10’dan akşam 6’ya kadar ziyaretçilere açıktır. Mart 2022 itibarıyla bilet fiyatları yetişkinler için kişi başı 40 Türk Lirası, öğrenciler için ise 25 Türk Lirasıdır.
