Day 1 - .

Let us take you on a whirlwind tour of the highlights of the poetic Cappadocia region. Our guide will pick you up from Nevsehir or Kayseri's airport, and you will start exploring Cappadocia right away. You will first stop by the Imagination valley to see the most interesting fairy chimneys of the region. Monks Valley is located very close to the Imagination valley, which is the best place to comprehend how natural forces created those fairy chimneys. The conical appearance and the chimneys' heights will amaze you as you walk in a forest of fairy chimneys. Before lunch, you will visit the Open Air Museum of Goreme to see exceptional examples of late Byzantium frescoes built by the Greeks who once used the area as a monastery. After seeing the life of Jesus painted to Cappadocia's rock-cut churches' walls, you will be taken for a local lunch. A stop will follow lunch from a high point of view of Cappadocia to relax a little and taste Turkish coffee. You will visit one of the Underground Cities of Cappadocia before driving to one of Cappadocia's airports. Underground cities of Cappadocia were built by the Cappadocian like ant houses built into the ground. They were used to protect their valuables, families, and products against the invaders. After exploring the caves in the underground used as churches, stables, wineries, and storages, you will be dropped back to one of the airports of the Cappadocia region for a flight back to Istanbul.
